Pavla earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas at San Antonio, completing her degree in just three and a half years. She went on to build a successful career in pharmaceutical sales with Boehringer Ingelheim, where she refined the high-level negotiation and relationship skills that now distinguish her real estate practice. Since entering real estate in 2010, Pavla has consistently been recognized among top-performing agents and was selected to appear on HGTV’s House Hunters.

Over the course of her career, Pavla has helped hundreds of families and clients buy, sell, and lease a wide variety of properties, including land, single-family homes, luxury residences, and condominiums. Her broad experience across many property types allows her to guide clients with confidence in both straightforward transactions and more complex real estate decisions.

As a longtime Austin resident, Pavla is deeply connected within the community and actively involved with organizations such as Meals on Wheels and Ronald McDonald House. Her established network, market expertise, and commitment to service allow her to guide clients with confidence and discretion.

Outside of real estate, Pavla is a devoted wife and mother to two energetic boys, Jimmy and Ben. She has been married to her husband, Jim, since 2011 and values the balance of family, community, and career that Austin uniquely provides. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and photography.
